Having recently reached her 26-year milestone working at Jellis Craig, Claire Smith is still as captivated as ever by the fast pace, variety and satisfying accomplishments of her long career in real estate. Founder of Jellis Craig Short Stays, offering a holiday rental arm to their Sorrento, Rye & Mount Martha offices and now running the largest holiday rental portfolio on the Southern Peninsula.
Gathering a vast store of knowledge over that time frame, Claire’s experience covers all facets of real estate, where she consistently demonstrates her exceptional levels of customer service, attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to devise and implementing effective marketing strategies. She is highly involved in training and development and enjoys mentoring others.
Claire’s focus is to bring new business into the office, and she is an outstanding performer in this area. Her friendly and positive personality immediately engages with her clients, who appreciate and benefit from her high level of experience, professionalism and can-do attitude.
When she isn’t hard at work, Claire’s favourite past-times include trying out new wineries and restaurants on the Peninsula, spending quality weekend time with her family, having fun at the beach and Sailing Club with her 2 children, walking her dogs, shopping and seeing friends.
